Fees
We provide Counselling Therapy in-person at our office in New Minas and Berwick as well as online counselling so you can do counselling from the comfort of your own home.
Our standard rate is $150.00 / 1 hr. session
Beginning December 1, 2025, our rates will increase to $175.00/hr. session
The Rate for Couple and Family sessions is $175.00/ 1 hr. session
We also offer flexible rates.
Many insurance companies cover some or all of the costs associated with counselling sessions. Medavie Blue Cross, Manulife, Sunlife, Canada Life, the Health Association of Nova Scotia offer partial or complete mental health coverage for counselling. Check your coverage to ensure that your insurance plan provider covers Registered Counselling Therapists, Counsellors or Psychotherapists.
